Ben joined Bennetts Associates in 2012 and is currently working on a major facility for Jaguar Landrover. He previously worked Site T2 in Kings Cross Central for Argent, which was designed to be the lowest embodied carbon building of its type, and the new Chester Storyhouse.
Ben is strongly interested in sustainability, and in his final year he headed a live housing project that was exhibited at both Ecobuild in London and at the Solar Decathlon in Madrid. After graduating from the University of Nottingham he spent a year at the Universidad Austral de Chile lecturing in design and sustainable architecture. Ben also leads the practice’s sustainability group and has taught on the MArch Sustainable Design course at the University of Nottingham.
In 2017 Ben was runner-up in the UK Green Building Council’s Rising Star award for individuals driving sustainable change in the built environment.
