Join us on Tuesday 3rd July for this year’s Islington Sustainable Energy Partnership annual networking event and AGM where we’ll be talking about overcoming our plastic addiction, exploring the benefits of Science Based Targets and looking at what applying the London Living Wage really means.
- Hear from Hubbub and First Mile about clear actions your organisation can take to tackle plastic waste
- Get top tips from Carbon Credentials about setting Science Based Targets and learn from the experience of Bennetts Associates and Derwent London
- Test out what applying the London Living Wage would mean to your organisation and hear about the benefits enjoyed by the seven ISEP members who pay it
We will also receive the Annual Report, including the carbon savings achieved by members last year, and launch ISEP’s latest community project.
Hosted by The Sekforde, a newly refurbished pub in Clerkenwell, we’ll hear from the property developer about how water source heat pumps provide their low carbon heating and cooling … while drinking the resulting perfectly chilled beverages.
There will be plenty of time to network with other members and enjoy the fabulous Sekforde Ballroom over drinks and canapés.
The event is open to all organisations in Islington interested in managing their environmental impact and supporting our local communities. Not an ISEP member yet? The event is a great opportunity to find out more about the benefits of joining.
